Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
